Fire Rips Through Brookline Homes
BROOKLINE (CBS) - A fire caused quite a bit of damage to a large row of town houses in Brookline on Monday.
The blaze broke out at the home on Griggs Road and spread to the unit next door at around 10:30 a.m.

"It's an absolute miracle it's a holiday. Thank God we were at home. My husband was in his office in the back and that faces this other unit, Mr. Kravitz's house. All of a sudden he saw smoke," said Carol Taylor, a neighbor.
Firefighters responded quickly, but both units sustained significant smoke and water damage.
Everyone managed to get out safely.
