Final Boston Marathon Bombings Victim Leaves Hospital
BOSTON (CBS/AP) — A Baltimore area pre-school teacher who lost a leg in the Boston Marathon bombings was released from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Monday.

Erika Brannock Leaves The Hospital
Twenty-nine-year-old Erika Brannock of Towson, Maryland is the last person injured in the April 15 explosions to be released from the hospital. Three people were killed and more than 260 injured.
"I'm leaving a family behind, that's what they've become, but I'm really excited to get home and see my friends and my family," Brannock told reporters outside the hospital.
Leaving the hospital and on her way home, Brannock says she'll never forget the outpouring of love and support she received here in Boston. "It's been an inspiration. Every letter I've gotten has helped me through this and made me stronger," Brannock said.
Brannock said she's looking forward to hugging loved ones, getting on the floor to read to students, and eating steamed crab.
Her sister, Nicole Gross of Charlotte, N.C., suffered two broken legs and a severed Achilles tendon.
Brannock and Gross were waiting at the finish line for their mother, Carol Downing, to finish the race when the bombs went off. Gross' husband, Michael Gross, also was injured.
Brannock will now begin her rehab back home in Baltimore, Maryland.
