Felger & Mazz: September 23, 2013
Felger and Massarotti kicked off the week discussing the New England Patriots 23-3 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers yesterday. With yesterday's win, the Patriots are now 3-0 this season. The last time the Pats started out 3-0 was in 2007. The Patriots are ranked 2nd in the NFL on defense, allowing an average of a little more than 11-points per game. What are the positives and negatives you can take from yesterday's win? Are Tom Brady and the rookie receivers starting to click? On Friday, the Boston Red Sox clinched the American League East with a 6-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays. How important is it for the Sox to finish with the best record in the American League? Was the Sox celebration on Friday night over the top?
Hour 1

Felger and Mazz went on to discuss the Red Sox playoff roster. When will Jacoby Ellsbury return? How important is it to have some speed on the bench for the playoffs? Between Quintin Berry and Jackie Bradley Jr., who should the Sox have the postseason roster? To wrap up the hour, Felger and Mazz play "Who's the bigger 'A-Rod'?" The guys listen to Bill Belichick's post game press conference and listen to Belichick's back and forth with the NFL Network's Albert Breer.
