Hour 1
Felger and Massarotti kicked off Friday discussing the Boston Red Sox and last night's 4-3 win over the Detroit Tigers in Game 5 of the ALCS. The Sox now have 3-2 series lead heading into Game 6 tomorrow at Fenway Park. Was last night a must-win game for the Sox? Jerry Thornton of Barstool Sports joined Mike and Tony to preview Sunday's New England Patriots game against the New York Jets. Finally, the guys discussed the struggles of Tigers first baseman Prince Fielder in the playoffs.
In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continued to talk about last night's Sox win over the Tigers in Game 5. What did we learn about Xander Bogaerts in his first playoff start last night? In Patriots news, Rob Gronkowski has been cleared by all doctors to return to game action. Will Gronkowski actually play on Sunday? Patriots play-by-play announcer Bob Socci joined Felger and Mazz to preview Sunday's game against the Jets. To wrap up the hour, Mike and Tony got back into the Sox talk.
Hour 2
During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys discussing the Boston Bruins and former goaltender Tim Thomas. Did Thomas check-out on the Bruins during his last year in Boston? Rob Gronkowski's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, reported that Gronk has been cleared by all doctors to return to the field. Gronk is listed as questionable on the team's injury report. Will Gronk finally take the field on Sunday? Mike and Tony went on to discuss the differences in ratings from this year's Sox run and last year's Bruins run.
Hour 3
In the fourth and final hour of an Agenda Free Friday, Felger and Mazz continue to talk about last night's Sox win in Game 5 of the ALCS over the Tigers. The Sox have a 3-2 series lead heading into Game 6 tomorrow at Fenway. Even though Felger and Mazz say "Pick it and Stick it," they take a look at the weekend games and make some picks.
