Hour 1
Felger and Massarotti opened the day talking about the Boston Red Sox and their 1-0 win over the Detroit Tigers in Game 3 of the ALCS. The Sox now have a 2-1 lead heading into tonight's game. Finally, the guys had a little fun with Erin Andrews.
In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz continued to discuss last night's Red Sox win over the Tigers. Mike and Tony went on to talk about the back-and-forth between Fred Toucher and Peter Gammons this morning on the Toucher and Rich Show. Did Jim Leyland mismanage his bench in yesterday's game? Tonight Jake Peavy goes against Doug Fister. What are the expectations for the Sox lineup against Fister? Finally, Felger and James Stewart gave a review of last night's Pearl Jam show in Worcester.
Hour 2
During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, Paul Perillo of Patriots Football Weekly joined the guys to talk some New England Patriots. The guys discussed Sunday's Patriots 30-27 win over the New Orleans Saints and this Sunday's game against the New York Jets. What is the deal with Rob Gronkowski? When is he going to get back on the field? To wrap up the hour, we listen back at a classic Mazz rant about the Sunday Night Football opening.
Hour 3
In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz took calls on everything they covered today. Tonight the Sox will face the Tigers in Game 4 of the ALCS. The Sox have 2-1 lead over the Tigers. The guys also continued to talk about the Patriots and Rob Gronkowski's injury update. Is Gronkowski's absence agitating his teammates? Finally, it's the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
