Felger and Massarotti were joined by Jermaine Wiggins and the guys opened the day discussing the New England Patriots and Aqib Talib. Should the Pats sign Talib to a long-term deal? Do the Patriots have concerns with signing Talib long-term? What is Talib worth?
Hour 1
In Hour 2 of Felger and Mazz, the guys and Wiggy continue to discuss the Patriots and tight end Rob Gronkowski. When will we see Gronkowski back on the field? The guys also play this week's edition of "10 Questions with Wiggy." Before Wiggy had to answer questions from the callers, the guys talked about Tom Brady's second fumbled snap. It first happened in Buffalo and then again this past Sunday night in Atlanta. Whose fault was the fumble this time?
Hour 2
During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys began to look at the MLB playoff picture. Last night, the Tampa Bay Rays defeated the Texas Rangers 5-2. The Rays will go on to play the Cleveland Indians tomorrow night in the Wild Card game. The ALDS begins on Friday at Fenway Park. Who would the Boston Red Sox rather face? The Indians or the Rays? How come the Red Sox have the 3:07pm start on Friday? To wrap up the hour, we hear Squeaky Mazz from last Friday's Final Word.
Hour 3
In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz discussed Aqib Talib's future with the Patriots. Should Talib be locked up long-term with the Pats? Looking ahead, after this Sunday's game against the Cincinnati Bengals, the Patriots will host the New Orleans Saints. Will the Saints be the biggest test for the Pats? Finally, it's the Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
