Hour 1
Tony Massarotti and Mike Flynn kicked off an Agenda Free Friday discussing the start of New England Patriots training camp. How will Tom Brady adjust to his new batch of receivers? What will Tim Tebow's role with the Pats be? Jerry Thornton of Barstool Sports joined Mazz and Flynn to talk about the start of Pats training camp.
In Hour 2, the guys discussed the departure of Wes Welker. Did the Patriots really make bringing Welker back their biggest priority of the off-season? Are the Pats handling the Alfonzo Dennard situation properly? Tony and Mike took a few calls on the Boston Red Sox. Jake Peavy may be the best arm on the trade market. What is Peavy worth to the Red Sox? The guys took a break from the serious sports talk to let the fans ask Mike Flynn whatever they wanted.
Hour 2
Chris Gasper of the Boston Globe joined Tony and Mike Flynn to continue to talk about the Patriots and start of training camp. Gasper was at Gillette for the start of camp today. Did any of the rookies stand out? Will the Pats use Tebow as more than just a quarterback? How does this Patriots receiving core compare to what Brady had to work with in 2006? The guys also discussed Dustin Pedroia's contract extension with the Red Sox. Was giving Pedroia 8-years a smart move?
