Felger & Mazz: July 16, 2013
Hour 1
Felger and Massarotti opened the day discussing Major League Baseball's Mid-Summer Classic and the declining interest in it. What has happened to the All Star game? Why has the popularity in the game declined? The guys also talked about the latest new surrounding New England Patriots cornerback Alfonzo Dennard. Dennard's probation has been revoked. If Dennard violated probation, he could face a new sentence for his assault conviction. What will this mean for his future in New England?
In Hour 2, Felger and Mazz talked about the Boston Celtics and yesterday's introductory press conference of Kris Humphries, MarShon Brooks and Keith Bogans. Should the Celtics still be looking to trade Rajon Rondo? What kind of pieces would the Celtics be looking to bring back, if they were to trade Rondo? Finally, Mazz received a Mangroomer for Father's Day. Has this product motivated Mazz to shave his whole body?
Hour 2
During Hour 3 of Felger and Massarotti, the guys took calls on everything they've discussed today. How should MLB change the All Star game? What will the Patriots do about Dennard? Is Rondo apart of the Celtics future? How should the Red Sox handle their young talent in the infield? To wrap up the hour, Felger and Massarotti discuss the Boston Bruins decision to fire Director of Amateur Scouting Wayne Smith.
Hour 3
In the fourth and final hour, Felger and Mazz continue to discuss the decline in interest for MLB's All Star game. Could the disciplinary issues with the Patriots cause a rift between Bill Belichick and Robert Kraft? Finally, it's The Final Word with Marc Bertrand.
