Felger & Mazz: Bruins Look To Force Game 7 As Series Shifts Back To Boston
With the Stanley Cup Finals shifting back to Boston for Game ^, Felger & Massarotti preview tonight's game live from Hurricane O'Reillys right down the street from TD Garden. Felger & Mazz remain unimpressed with the Canucks play thus far, and open the show by discussing the Bruins' favorable match-up with the Vancouver, their ability to respond with their backs against the wall, and their chances of winning the series if they can play like they did in games 3 and 4.
Mike and Tony sense something rotten in Vancouver, and don't feel the Canucks have what it takes to win, but many questions remain for this Bruins team. Will Zdeno Chara be able to neutralize the Sedin twins? Will the Bruins be able to finish and score goals when they are dominating play? Will Mazz continue to "club the seal on the beach" and criticize the protected species that is Claude Julien? And most importantly, will we see Shawn Thornton on the powerplay?
Felger and Mazz think the Bruins are just as capable of winning as the Canucks, and have the make up to win it all. If they can play a complete game, the goals will come, and a game 7 will be on the horizon. Tune in tonight to find out if the Bruins will be going back to Vancouver.
