Felger & Mazz: Are You Ready To Call This Red Sox Season A Success?
The Red Sox just continue to find ways to win games late as they beat the Astros 7-5 thanks to a three-run homer off the bat of Stephen Drew in the ninth inning.
Boston now holds a two and a half game lead over the Tampa Bay Rays and hold the best record in the AL. The win also gave the Sox their 70th win this season, which is one more than the total number of wins in 2012.
So is it the right time to consider this team a success?
That's where Felger and Marc Bertrand started things off today and Bertrand is ready to declare it a success with the way the team has turned things around compared to last season.
He's convinced that this group of players won't quit and even if they miss the playoffs there are just so many positive things you can take away this season.
Do you agree? Is this team a real contender? Does the status of Clay Buchholz bother you?
