Felger and Mazz: January 29, 2014
Felger and Mazz were live from Radio Row in New York City on Wednesday, and got right to the Super Bowl talk starting with Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll and his time in New England. They discussed the differences between Pete Carroll as a pro coach when with the Patriots and him as a coach right now in Seattle. The guys were then joined by former Rams and Cardinals quarterback Kurt Warner where they discussed his views on the "spygate" scandal that stemmed from the Patriot's Super Bowl victory over the Rams in 2002. Continuing the long line of Radio Row guests, the guys were joined by Sirius XM radio host Chris "Mad Dog" Russo, who they also asked about "spygate". He also touched on elite quarterbacks in the NFL and also revisted the Patriots Super Bowl games from 2008 and 2012 in which they lost both times to Eli Manning and the New York Giants.

In the second hour live from Radio Row in NYC Felger and Mazz revisited the "spygate" discussion that stemmed from the Kurt Warner interview, debating whether or not the Saints "bounty-gate" scandal was worse than what the Patriots did. They discussed the championship window of Tom Brady and how long he might have left to win a Super Bowl in the NFL. The guys were then joined by Mike Florio of ProFootballTalk.com. They touched on the situation involving the Dolphins interviewing Nick Caserio, who was offered the GM job in Miami, but declined the opportunity because he would not have been allowed to fire current head coach Joe Philbin. From a league wide standpoint, Florio touched on video replay as well as the proposed expanded playoff format. Felger, Mazz and Beetle took a break from the football talk to touch on the Celtics and "tank-a-palooza" being back in full swing. They also reacted to the Bruins, who beat the Tim Thomas-led Florida Panthers on Tuesday night at the Garden.
Felger & Mazz: January 29, 2014 Hour 2
In the third hour, Felger and Mazz took calls on a variety of topics including discussions on Gronk and also Larry Fitzgerald. They were then joined by former Patriots and current Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri, who talked about the fans who receive him negatively when he returns to play in New England. He was also asked about another former Patriot, the Broncos' Wes Welker, and the comments made toward him by Bill Belichick following the AFC Championship game. He also reflected on some of the clutch kicks he made during his time in New England. to close out the hour, the guys reacted to some comments made by Tim Thomas following the Bruins win over the Panthers on Tuesday.

In the final hour, Felger and Mazz went back to the "spygate" comments from Kurt Warner earlier in the show and how they were still an elite team even after the controversy, and their success didn't cease. They were then joined by NFL Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, who started off by discussing - of all things- David Ortiz. He also discussed the idea of playing the Super Bowl outdoors in New York this year. Mike and Tony also asked him about his perspective on the Welker hit on Aqib Talib in the AFC Championship game. In Wednesday's Final Word, we had an update on Toucher and Rich's Jock Olympics featuring Felger and Mazz. There was also a special edition of 10 Questions with Deion Sanders.
