Feinberg: All Money To Marathon Bombing Victims Next Month
MILTON (CBS/AP) — The administrator overseeing efforts to provide financial help to victims of the Boston Marathon bombings says he will keep to the June 30 date for release of donated money.
Kenneth Feinberg spoke at the commencement of Curry College on Sunday. He said he is determined to deliver all available money to victims of the bombings and their families next month.

He advised the graduating class to be prepared for whatever life throws at them.
"If I have learned one lesson in my professional life dealing with unforeseen tragedy and misfortune, on 9/11, in the Gulf of Mexico, and now in Boston, it is this – take nothing for granted," Feinberg said. "Life has a way of throwing curveballs at all of us. Witness just a month ago at the Boston Marathon. Your degree today is not an insurance policy; it does not provide you a free pass for the future.
"Do not succumb to a false sense of security, that there is only one path to success. Believe me, this is not so. Welcome life's diversity with all of its countless possibilities."
The One Fund Boston raised more than $30 million for victims of the April 15 bombings that killed three people and wounded more than 260. Feinberg says the fund is insufficient to justly compensate victims.
Curry College awarded Feinberg an honorary Doctor of Laws degree.
