FBI searching for serial bank robber

The FBI is on the lookout for a serial female bank robber who may have robbed at least two Boston banks.

The FBI is hoping the public might help to identify the subject, who is believed to be armed and dangerous.

The latest robbery happened on August 2 at the First Trade Union Bank at 753 East Broadway in Boston. 

On July 28, the same individual is also suspected of robbing the City of Boston Credit Union at 1010 Morrissey Blvd., Dorchester. 

During each robbery, the suspect presented a note and verbally threatened the teller. 

During one of the robberies, a weapon was observed by witnesses, although no one was physically hurt. 

After receiving the money from the teller, the robber fled the area on foot. 

Witnesses describe the subject as:

 Race/Gender: White female
 Age:  Mid-20s – mid 30s
 Height:  5'5"-5'8"
 Weight:  Medium build
 Hair:  Long, brown
