FBI Asks Help Identifying Government Corruption

BOSTON (AP) — The FBI is asking the public's help in identifying government corruption in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Special Agent Vincent Lisi, who runs the agency's Boston field office that covers those four states, announced Monday that his office will launch a dedicated, toll free tip line: 1-844-NoBribe (662-7423).

It will also launch a billboard ad campaign called "stop corruption now." Online tips can be submitted at tips.fbi.gov.

Lisi said one area of growing concern is the expansion of casino gambling in the region, which he said might lead to an increase in public corruption and financial and organized crime.
