Father Shot To Death In Hyannis Home
BARNSTABLE (CBS) - Barnstable police are looking for the person who shot and killed a young father in a Hyannis home Sunday night.
31-year-old Todd Lampley was watching TV at his girlfriend's house on Fresh Holes Road when he was shot several times around 10 p.m.
WBZ-TV's Sera Congi reports.
The district attorney said all four shots came from outside the home.
The mother of Lampley's girlfriend told WBZ-TV the bullets came through an open window and hit Lampley in the back.
Those who knew Lampley believe the shooting was retribution, but they would not say for what.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Kim Tunnicliffe reports.

Lampley did reportedly have enemies based on testimony during a recent court case. He was implicated by a witness for a 2007 shooting in Hyannis, but he was never charged.
He leaves behind two young children.
Lampley recently moved to Hyannis from Mississippi and also had ties to New Bedford.
