Fantastic Friday

All is good on this Friday as we temperatures rise into the middle 80s...70s @ South Coast/Cape/Islands.  Humidity will be rising as dewpoints reach the middle and upper 60s.  Skies will be partly cloudy with a very slim chance of a stray shower for the interior this afternoon.

Saturday will be warm and humid as a warm front presses northward and a cold front nears Southern New England. A cloud and sun combination will be the sky description with a slight chance of a shower, especially Western and Northern New England, as the warm front crosses our real estate.

Regardless, the heavy rain/storms/downpours will move through Saturday night and early Sunday as the cold front makes its mark.  In its wake, humidity lowers and temperatures tumble as well.  Sunshine will return by midday Sunday with highs in the upper 70s.

An autumn-like feel takes over early next week with highs in the lower 70s, sunshine, and very low humidity.  A strong surface high and pronounced upper level ridge will provide us with a very pleasant week.

BEACH AND BOATING this weekend...Please be extra careful as high surf and rip currents will be a concern for east and south facing beaches due to Leslie, a few hundred miles offshore, churning up the seas.

Tropical Update: Hurricane Michael is in the central Atlantic and poses no threat to the East Coast. Hurricane Leslie will slowly pass east of Bermuda on Sunday as a category one.   'She' will pass a few hundred miles of New England's coastline on Monday night through Tuesday morning.

Happy FRRRiday!
