Brady was suspended four games by the NFL for being "generally aware" that the team was deflating footballs to below the league limit.
The future Hall of Fame quarterback has filed an appeal of his suspension, and Brady may be willing to go to court in an attempt to overturn the punishment.
Sunday's rally, which was organized on Facebook, is described as "A peaceful rally to protest the unjust football arrest" of Brady.
The rally is slated for 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Lot 4 at Patriot Place. Fans are encouraged to wear their Brady jerseys to the event.
