Family Says Taunton Man Is Fourth EEE Death In Massachusetts
BOSTON (CBS) – A fourth Massachusetts resident has died from Eastern Equine Encephalitis. Scott Mosman of Taunton died Friday.
Mosman's family confirmed the 58-year-old was diagnosed with the mosquito-borne virus more than a month ago.
There have been 12 human cases of EEE in the state this year.
A GoFundMe page has been set up for Mosman's 14-year-old son.
