Elderly Woman Dies In Deerfield Crash
DEERFIELD, Mass. (AP) — Authorities say an 83-year-old woman has died in a head-on crash in Deerfield.
Police say two vehicles collided just after 3 p.m. Monday.
Celia Allen, the 83-year-old Montague woman, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was Aaron Stark, a 19-year-old Deerfield man. He was taken to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield with non-life-threatening injuries.
Neither vehicle had any passengers.
The crash remains under investigation.
