EF3 Tornado Confirmed
The National Weather Service has confirmed that Wednesday's Tornado that ripped through Springfield was an EF3 with winds of 160 mph. The twister touched down in Westfield and lifted in Charlton. It also had a maximum path width of one half mile. They also stated that they have determined that two other tornadoes touched down that evening with EF1 classification.
