BOSTON (CBS/AP) - A Boston man will spend the rest of his life in prison without parole for killing four people — including a 2-year-old boy — in a drug-related robbery in Mattapan in 2010.
Dwayne Moore was sentenced Tuesday in Suffolk Superior Court to four life terms.

He was convicted Monday of four counts of first-degree murder. He was also convicted of home invasion and armed robbery, but was acquitted of three other charges.
Moore's lawyer says he plans to appeal.
It was Moore's second trial in the case. The first trial ended with a hung jury.
During the trial, Moore's lawyer described the state's star witness, Kimani Washington, as a "snake oil salesman" who himself committed the crimes. Washington admitted participating in the robbery, but said he left before the shootings.
A fifth shooting victim survived, but was paralyzed and is now in a wheelchair.
