Dunkin Donuts Robbery Spree Suspect Held On $200K Bail
CANTON (CBS) – A man accused in a string of armed Dunkin' Donuts robberies is being held on $200,000 bail.
Twenty three-year-old Isaiah Murphy, a former Dunkin' Donuts employee, appeared in court on Wednesday after he was arrested at his Dedham home on Tuesday. Police said they found ammunition and sneakers in his home that could link him to the robberies.
Investigators also say surveillance video captured Murphy's car parked outside during at least one of the robberies.
Murphy has been charged with two of the robberies. Police are continuing to gather evidence, and believe he may have been involved in as many as 25 different robberies across the region.
