Dunkin' Donuts Makes Another Push West
BOSTON (CBS) - You might see a Dunkin' Donuts on practically every street corner around here, but on the West Coast, they don't run on Dunkin'.
The Canton company has announced plans to change that.

Dunkin wants to quickly flood Southern California.
"California is a natural next step," according to Dunkin Brands Franchising Vice President Grant Benson. He tells me the first franchises will be in the Los Angeles and San Diego markets.
"The infrastructure is in place, the supply chain is in place, and we've got teams in adjacent states of Nevada and Arizona."
Benson says over time, Dunkin believes there's the potential for a thousand units in California.
This is not Dunkin's first attempt at penetrating the California market. Benson says they opened about 15 locations in the Golden State in the 1990s, something he says was probably a bit premature.
Benson says Dunkin will look for franchisees in Los Angeles, Riverside, San Diego, San Bernardino, Ventura and Orange Counties.
