Driver Killed In Head-On Crash In Northbridge
NORTHBRIDGE (CBS) – A driver heading home from work after an overnight shift was killed in a head-on crash in Northbridge Thursday morning.
Police say 60-year-old Robert Sullivan of Whitinsville was driving his SUV on Quaker Street around 8 a.m. when he drifted over the center yellow line and, without braking, slammed into an oncoming dump truck.
Sullivan was rushed to the hospital where he died a short time later.
There's no word yet on the condition of the truck driver.
