Driver In Brady Car Crash Lost License For 60 Days
BOSTON (AP) -- The driver who was accused of running a red light and crashing his minivan into a car driven by New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has lost his license for at least 60 days.
The Boston Herald reports the Registry of Motor Vehicles suspended Ludgero Rodriques' drivers license late last month. An RMV spokeswoman told the Herald that Rodrigues will be eligible to reapply for his license on Dec. 27.
Brady was unhurt in the Sept. 9 accident near his home in Boston's Back Bay neighborhood, but Rodrigues' father was hospitalized with serious injuries.
Rodriques was cited for running a red light. The RMV said it was the Brockton man's seventh accident or moving violation in the last three years.
The Herald said Rodriques could not be reached for comment.
