Dorchester Man Accused Of Indecently Assaulting 15-Year-Old Boy In Arlington
ARLINGTON (CBS) – A Dorchester man is facing charges of indecent assault and battery after an alleged encounter with a 15-year-old boy he met online.

Dorchester Man Accused Of Indecently Assaulting 15-Year-Old Boy In Arlington
Police say 35-year-old Jose Alexis Rodriguez-Laboy picked up the victim from Ottoson Middle School in Arlington on Wednesday and drove him to a different location, where the alleged incident took place.
Investigators say they found evidence that the two became acquainted in an online chat room before meeting up.
Rodriguez-Laboy is due in court on Friday. Police say the investigation is ongoing and that he could face additional charges.
