Donald Trump Mistakenly Wishes 'Bob Belichick' Good Luck
FOXBORO (CBS) -- When you're a famous billionaire, you're bound to forget the name of a few folks along the way. It's just unfortunate timing, then, if that person happens to be one of the most famous coaches in pro sports, and you happened to tweet the brain fart.
Such was the case Monday night with Donald Trump, a longtime friend of Patriots owner Robert Kraft and frequent visitor to the Gillette Stadium owner's box. Trump tweeted wishes of good luck to the Patriots ... he just made a little mistake in doing so.
"Good Luck to Bob Kraft, Tom Brady and Coach Bob Belichick tonight," Trump tweeted to his nearly 2 million followers.
"Bob Belichick," of course, is not a person, while Bill Belichick is indeed the head coach of the New England Patriots.
No word yet on whether or not there is some strange Bob Belichick out there in the world who deserved such wishes, but chances are, it was just a typo. Fortunately for Trump, he's got 2 million editors looking out for him ... so a few folks were sure to help him out.
