Diaper Derby Provides Family Fun Throughout MA, NH
BOSTON (CBS) - The Annual Diaper Derby was held at Simon Malls throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Babies up to 12 months old were encouraged to show their speed in fun and competitive races.
Families and friends gathered to watch the competition as six babies at a time would line up in colorful lanes and take off for the finish line.
The field was ultimately narrowed down to semi-final and championship races.
The top three infants all received a trophy, and every competitor went home with a goody bag.
In Massachusetts, races were held in Auburn, Burlington, Hyannis, North Attleboro, Danvers, and Braintree. In New Hampshire, Diaper Derbies were held in Newington, Salem, and Manchester.
