David Ortiz Batting Sixth For AL All-Star Team
BOSTON (CBS) -- Baseball's stars will be at Citi Field on Tuesday night, and Red Sox slugger David Ortiz will be right in the heart of the American League's order.
The batting orders for the American League and National League were announced Monday, with Ortiz slotted batting sixth for the AL.
Tuesday night's Midsummer Classic will mark Ortiz's ninth time in the All-Star Game, and it comes less than a week after he set the mark for most hits ever by a designated hitter. He already held the records for the most most home runs, doubles, runs scored, and RBIs by a DH.

3. Miguel Cabrera, DET, 3B

5. Jose Bautista, TOR, RF
6. David Ortiz, BOS, DH
7. Adam Jones, BAL, CF
8. Joe Mauer, MIN, C
