Dave Richard On Toucher & Rich: Big Ben's Fantasy Status
BOSTON (CBS) - CBS Sports' Fantasy Football expert Dave Richard joined 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich on Thursday to give his advice for Week 11 and beyond.
Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger suffered a pair of injuries in Pittsburgh's Monday night win over the Kansas City Chiefs, not only injuring his throwing shoulder but also dislocating a rib -- an injury that will likely have him on the sidelines for the foreseeable future.
"I'm a little nervous," Richard said of Roethlisberger. "NFL Insider Mike Freeman on CBSSports.com has a source telling him he'll be back in Week 12. But you hear about this dislocation – it's the same type of injury (Rams wide receiver) Danny Amendola had and he missed several weeks. It wouldn't surprise me if Big Ben missed two or three games; he might miss both of their games against Baltimore."
