Dan Roche Takes Turn As Fenway Park PA Announcer
BOSTON (CBS) – Red Sox fans taking in the game at Fenway Park Sunday afternoon heard a familiar voice over the public address system.
It was WBZ-TV's Dan Roche.
He sounded pretty good out there and if you know how much Rochie loves baseball, this was a special day for him.
The Sox have been letting different people handle the public-address announcer duties since the sudden passing of Carl Beane, who died in a car accident in May.
