Dampier Inactive For Heat-Celtics Game
MIAMI (AP) - Heat center Erick Dampier is inactive for Sunday's game against the Boston Celtics.
Dampier had started 22 straight games for Miami before not getting any time in Friday's win over Charlotte, when Zydrunas Ilgauskas was a late switch to starter.
The Heat are 36-15 when Dampier plays this season. He's averaging 2.5 points and 3.5 rebounds for Miami.
Ilgauskas was in Miami's lineup at starter again Sunday.
