People who shop at Shaw's and Star Market can leave their rewards cards home.
The supermarket chain is scrapping its program - promising "No card. No hassle. Everybody gets a great low price."
The company says it will lower prices on thousands of items -- including milk, eggs and bread.
Shaw's and Star Market president Shane Sampson said "All of our customers deserve to get the lowest price on their groceries without needing to carry a rewards card with them"
