Dad, Son In Car Seat Pepper Sprayed Outside NH Chuck E Cheese
MANCHESTER, NH (CBS) - A dad and his young son both had to be treated for injuries after an attempted robbery outside of Chuck E Cheese, Manchester police said.
That dad had just left the establishment around 3 p.m. with his two young children, and was placing one of them in a car seat when two men came up from behind and grabbed him around the neck.
He told police the men sprayed him in the face with what seemed to be pepper spray and forced to the ground.
One of the suspects went through his pockets before the men took off empty-handed.
Both suspects were described as white men in their mid to late twenties. One was about 5'8' with spiked blond hair and was wearing blue jeans and white t-shirt. The other was about 5'11' with a shaved head and mustache, wearing a blue button baseball shirt and blue jeans.
The victim and one of his children were both transported to the hospital where they were treated for eye irritation from pepper spray exposure.
Manchester police are asking anyone with information to call them.
