Arrest Warrants Issued For Two Men In Fitchburg Homicide
FITCHBURG, Mass. (CBS) — Arrest warrants have been issued for two men in connection with the killing of Luis R. Rodriguez in Fitchburg, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Wanted for murder, home invasion and armed assault in a dwelling are: Dinkue Brown, 27, of 33 Adams St., Apt. 6, Fitchburg; and Dax Gibson, 36, of 365 Elm St., Apt. 24, Gardner.
Rodriguez, 26, of Marshall Street in Fitchburg was found about 2 p.m. June 21 bleeding on a neighbor's porch. He was taken to Leominster Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later.
Investigators believe he was attacked at home and fled to 68 Marshall St., where he was found. They do not believe the attack was random.
The death is being investigated by Fitchburg Police and Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester District Attorney's Office.
