Crosby Out Indefinitely With Concussion, Eyes Krejci Elbow
BOSTON (AP/CBS) Pittsburgh Penguins star Sidney Crosby is out indefinitely with concussion-like symptoms that he said returned after Pittsburgh's 3-1 loss to the Boston Bruins last week.
Crosby said Monday he noticed a recurrence of the problems that sidelined him for more than 10 months following the loss to Boston, and pointed out one play in particular. Crosby said he is looking at an inadvertent elbow from Bruins forward David Krejci on the first shift as the cause of the symptoms.
"I don't know. I know I got hit in the head there," Crosby said on the team's website. "I felt pretty good after that. I didn't feel anything too major. If I had to look at one hit, yeah... If anything it was probably that one with (Krejci)."

Krejci hit Crosby under his right eye with the elbow, but the Penguins star remained in the game. He even let Krejci know he was not happy with the elbow shortly after the play.
Crosby sat out Pittsburgh's two-game road trip following the matchup with Boston as a precaution, but said he's noticed familiar symptoms during light workouts over the weekend.
Crosby has 12 points in eight games this season. He said there was no timetable for his return.
