Massachusetts Ranked Among Best Sleeping States During Coronavirus Stay-At-Home
BOSTON (CBS) – It seems Americans are getting more sleep as they follow coronavirus stay-at-home orders.
A study from the online site Sleepopolis found those working from home are sleeping about 16 more hours a month.
The study also ranked the best cities for sleep. Massachusetts had 17 of the top sleeping cities, which was third most behind California and Virginia.
The most rested communities here are Dover, Weston, Wellesley, Sudbury and Carlisle.
