Cool & Quiet
It's a cool and quiet start to the month of November as a surface high protects us from any significant weather events. As the high travels to our east, we can expect to have rain stream northward from the Gulf as it joins a cold fronta /surface low swinging in from our west. This will bring us a chance of rain Thursday afternoon thru AM Friday. The rain will linger the longest along Southeastern Mass./Cape/Islands. Cool air will funnel in for the weekend potentially creating a few rain/snow showers in the higher elevations of Western/Central Mass and Southern NH on Saturday.
Atlantic Tropical Update: T.S. Tomas is still thriving in the Central Caribbean as is continues moving towards the west.
*Daylight Saving Time Ends..2 AM this Sunday. Set your clocks BACK 1 hour.
