'Concrete Reason' For I-93 Traffic Delays In Somerville
SOMERVILLE (CBS) -- Massachusetts State Police said there was a "concrete reason" to avoid Interstate 93 northbound in Somerville Monday morning.
A concrete truck spilled concrete on the highway near Exit 29 in Somerville at about 10:10 a.m., police said. Lanes had to be closed during the cleanup, which created heavy traffic delays.
All lanes were reopened by about 11:40 a.m., police said.
