Colvin On Remaining Pats Games: Be Very Careful
Tom Brady threw for 361 yards and three touchdowns in the 38-20 win over the Eagles on Sunday to move to 8-3.
Former Patriots linebacker Rosevelt Colvin called Toucher & Rich to talk about the win in Philadelphia, the Pats remaining games and coaching against the Patriots.
With team like the Colts, Redskins, Broncos, Dolphins and Bills remaining for the Patriots many think it's smooth sailing to the playoffs. Is it as easy as everyone thinks? Do you worry about the 0-11 Colts?
"I would be very, very careful. You don't want to be number one for that team...The Colts play hard and you always have a shot if you are willing to go out and compete, they do that. What is getting in the way of them winning ball games is turnovers and not being able to convert a few third downs on offense," Colvin said.
Andy Reid and the Eagles have one of the best running backs in the NFL in LeSean McCoy. Did Reid over think his offense too much only putting the ball in McCoy's hands ten times?
"I think he called the game based off what they have done in the past and you have to think against a Patriots defense that hasn't performed as well in 2011 why you wouldn't do more of what they don't do well at," said the former linebacker.
They also discussed Tim Tebow and how he continues to lead his team to victory. Listen to what Colvin thinks of Tebow.
