Chelsea murder under investigation
Local and State police are investigating a homicide at 230 Central Avenue in Chelsea.
Police say the victim, a man in his 20's, was shot multiple times. He was found just before 12:30 pm Tuesday inside a Chelsea Public Housing Authority apartment building. Investigators believe the victim could have been shot outside and staggered inside, where he collapsed. The victim was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
