Chelsea Clinton marries
Chelsea Clinton, the only child of Former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton, has married in a lavish ceremony in Rhinebeck, New York.
The wedding at the Astor Courts estate was big news in a small village not used to being the center of attention.
Clinton, 30, married longtime boyfriend Marc Mezvinsky in a ceremony conducted by both a minister and a rabbi.
Noted guests included actors Ted Danson and Mary Steenburgen, former Secretary of State Madeleine Albright and fashion designer Vera Wang, who was believed to have designed Chelsea's strapless white gown with a full skirt and silver beading.
Details on the couple's honeymoon destination were not released.
