Charges Filed Against Suspects Who Allegedly Trashed Mashpee Home
MASHPEE (CBS) – The three people caught on video trashing a Cape Cod home have been charged with malicious destruction of property.
The suspects were seen on surveillance video at a Mashpee summer house throwing patio furniture onto the pool cover, pulling up bushes, knocking over an umbrella and breaking a mailbox.
The homeowner, Phil Meikle, told WBZ-TV the suspects caused thousands of dollars in damage.
Sean Marrama, 21, Andrew Medlar, 20, and Alexyss Belyea, 20, who live in Mashpee, turned themselves in days later.
The charges were filed through Falmouth District Court for a Magistrate's Hearing. No court date has been set.
