Celtics To Play Preseason Games In Europe
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Celtics will once again play preseason games overseas.
The NBA officially announced Monday morning the Celtics will play in two preseason games against European clubs as part of its NBA Europe 2012 Live tour.

The Celtics will play five-time Turkish Champions Fenerbahce Ulker Istanbul on October 5 at Ulker Sports Arena in Istanbul and then take on EA7 Emporio Armani at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan on October 7.
The Dallas Mavericks are also part of the tour, scheduled to play Alba Berlin on October 6 in Germany and another game in Spain.

The Celtics began their preseason overseas in 2007-08, after Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen first joined the C's, and head coach Doc Rivers credited the trip to building the championship chemistry they displayed throughout that season.
