Celtics-Nets Blockbuster Taking Shape, Reportedly Up To Garnett
BOSTON (CBS) - The rumored Celtics-Nets blockbuster trade is starting to take shape, and is reportedly now up to Kevin Garnett.
Yahoo! Sports' Adrian Wojnarowski, who first reported the deal early Thursday, is reporting (via Twitter) that Jason Terry will now join Paul Pierce and Garnett in a package that will go to Brooklyn. In return, the Celtics would get forwards Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, and Tomike Sheneglia, guard Keith Bogans, center Reggie Evans, and three first-round picks.
The Celtics would receive first rounders in 2014, 2016 and 2018, according to Wojnarowski.
The deal has advanced far enough Thursday that it was been presented to both team's owner, and then to Kevin Garnett -- who has a full no-trade clause. Garnett will reportedly take his time, not wanting to be "pressured into a quick decision."

Wojnarowski also reports that Bogans would be involved as part of a sign-and-trade, and another minimum level player could also be sent to Boston.
While the Celtics would take on the remaining three years and over $33 million on Wallace's deal, they would receive plenty of cap space as they enter a rebuilding phase. Humphries ($12 million) and Sheneglia ($788K) are both in the final year of their contracts, with Evans set to make $1.62 million and $1.77 million over the next two seasons, respectively.

Garnett still has two years and $23.5 million on the three-year contract he signed last summer, while Pierce is set to make $15.3 million in the final year of his deal.
CBS Sports' Ken Berger reports that the deal isn't expected to be get done on Thursday night, but it is certainly building momentum.
