The second-year guard did not practice with the team on Sunday, and head coach Doc Rivers said the injury was concerning. The bothersome shoulder has popped out at least three times during this postseason run, Bradley's first.
If Bradley cannot go Monday night, 15-year veteran Ray Allen would likely get the start in his place.
