Cambridge Man To Appear In Court For Murder Of Uncle

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. (AP) — A Cambridge man charged with killing his 73-year-old uncle is headed to court.

Harold Antoine Maxwell is scheduled to be arraigned Wednesday in connection with the death of Jesse Maxwell, whose body was found in his Cambridge apartment late Monday night.

The 34-year-old suspect was arrested without incident on Tuesday.

An autopsy determined that the older man's death was caused by injuries to the head and compression of the neck.

Authorities did not disclose a possible motive for the killing.

It was not immediately clear if the younger man had hired an attorney.
