BU to Face BC in Beanpot Final
Boston University edged Northeastern 2-1 in Round 1 of the Beanpot. BU broke the 1-1 tied with 5:09 left in the 3rd period on an Alex Chiasson goal, and hung on for the victory. The win sets up a BU vs. BC Beanpot Final.
Boston College shutout Harvard 6-0 earlier in the night to advance to the Beanpot Championship. The game will be played at the TD Garden, Monday February 8th, and can be heard on 98-5 The Sports Hub.
