Bruins' Savard, "Take it day to day"
As the Boston Bruins prepare for the regular season, center Marc Savard can only watch. Savard spoke to reporters for the first time this off season about the lingering effects of post-concussion syndrome. Savard is still recovering from the vicious hit from Pittsburgh's Matt Cooke last March. Savard returned for the playoffs two months later and did some training over the summer but had to shut everything down in August. He spoke to reporters inside the Bruins' lockerroom.
