Chiarelli On Chris Kelly: 'I Think He'll Be Fine'
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston Bruins forward Chris Kelly sat out the team's 3-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Penguins on Tuesday, but the team doesn't think his knee injury is too serious.
"I know it was a lot better yesterday. I don't think there is any structural damage so we'll see in the next couple of days," Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli said of Kelly's injury Wednesday morning on 98.5 The Sports Hub's Toucher & Rich: "I think he'll be fine."
Kelly will be re-evaluated again in the next couple days when the swelling in his left knee goes down.

The B's third line center had to leave Monday's shootout win over the Ottawa Senators after a knee-on-knee collision with Chris Neil in the second period. He stayed down on the ice after the contact and kept his left leg elevated as he was was helped off by team trainer Don DelNegro.
